One of my biggest projects recently was designing the logo, signage and other branding for Penny Black, a new post office, cafe and stationery/gift shop in Glasgow’s West End. With echoes of the much-loved classic Royal Mail branding and a strong black and red palette, the store really stands out on the street.
A Charing Cross branch was opened the following year using the same branding. In 2018, I was asked to refresh the logo when the business no longer included a cafe.
